2021 CTD Annual Awards


Each year the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged recognizes individuals and organizations within the community that has exhibited exceptional service, personal excellence, and dedication towards serving persons who are transportation disadvantaged. These elected officials, organizations, agencies, and individuals are the ones who reach for excellence in serving our communities with superb dedication and spirit in assisting people with transportation services by ensuring they have transportation to medical facilities, educational facilities, nutritional and life-sustaining treatments.

CTD Report on ADA Paratransit Services


The Commission has published a final report on its policy pertaining to the use of Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund dollars related to "Complementary Paratransit" services required under the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The report is the result of two public workshops that were held on February 25 and May 7, 2021, where the Commission invited stakeholders to provide public input on this policy. The report was approved at the Commission Business Meeting on June 3, 2021. The final report and related information are provided below::



CTD Webinar - NEW Trip & Equipment Grant Invoice Template


The Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD) and Thomas Howell Ferguson hosted an informational webinar on April 16, 2021, to provide an overview of the new invoice template for the Trip & Equipment Grant Program.
